\nRenault DC4 \/ EDC \/ Getrag 6DCT250 TCU reparatie & ruilmodule\n<\/h1>

\nTransmissiestoring, schakelproblemen, clutch- of shift-drum fouten<\/b>

De Renault EDC-transmissie maakt bij verschillende modellen gebruik van de Getrag 6DCT250, binnen Renault bekend als DC4. Deze transmissie gebruikt een elektronische transmissieregelmodule (TCU) voor de aansturing van onder andere de koppelingen en schakelmechanismen.

Bij Dr. Ecu kunnen we DC4\/EDC TCU's testen en repareren. Daarnaast hebben we verschillende gereviseerde ruilmodules op voorraad die door ons plug & play voor het voertuig worden voorbereid.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>

\nVeelvoorkomende klachten\n<\/h2>

\n\u2022\tTransmissie gaat in noodloop
\u2022\tAuto schakelt niet of blijft in een versnelling staan
\u2022\tSchokkerig of onregelmatig schakelen
\u2022\tBepaalde versnellingen vallen weg
\u2022\tProblemen met de koppelingaansturing
\u2022\tStoringen op \u00e9\u00e9n of meerdere shift drums \/ schakelmechanismen
\u2022\tMelding transmissiestoring op het dashboard
\u2022\tStoring is eerst sporadisch en wordt later permanent
\u2022\tNa contact uit\/aan werkt de transmissie tijdelijk weer\n<\/p>

\nVeelvoorkomende foutcodes\n<\/h2>

\nBij elektronische DC4-storingen kunnen onder andere de volgende foutcodes voorkomen:
\u2022\tDF432 \/ DF433 \/ DF437 \/ DF439<\/b> - shift drum \/ schakelmechanisme gerelateerde storingen
\u2022\tP1837 \/ P1839 \/ P1893<\/b> - shift drum \/ schakelmechanisme gerelateerde storingen
\u2022\tDF489 \/ DF490<\/b> - koppelingaansturing
\u2022\tP1743 \/ P1744 \/ P1899<\/b> - koppelingaansturing

De foutcode alleen bewijst niet dat de TCU defect is. De DC4\/6DCT250 is een droge dubbele-koppelingtransmissie en ook mechanische slijtage, koppelingen of andere transmissiecomponenten kunnen soortgelijke klachten veroorzaken.\n<\/p>

\nTesten en repareren door Dr. Ecu\n<\/h2>

\nWanneer de storing in de transmissieregelmodule aanwezig is, kunnen we de originele TCU gericht testen en in veel gevallen repareren. Daarmee kan de bestaande module behouden blijven.\n<\/p>\"Renault

\nGereviseerde DC4 ruilmodules uit voorraad\n<\/h2>

\nVan verschillende DC4-uitvoeringen hebben we gereviseerde TCU's op voorraad. Neem voor een ruilmodule contact met ons op en stuur het kenteken of chassisnummer (VIN) mee. Daarmee controleren we welke uitvoering nodig is.

De vervangende module wordt door Dr. Ecu plug & play voorbereid. Hierdoor is na montage geen dealerprogrammering nodig. Is de juiste uitvoering niet op voorraad, dan kunnen we de originele TCU waar mogelijk repareren.\n<\/p><\/div>

\nToepassingen\n<\/h2>

\nDe DC4 \/ EDC \/ Getrag 6DCT250 komt onder andere voor bij Renault Captur, Clio IV, Kangoo, M\u00e9gane, Sc\u00e9nic en Kadjar en bij verschillende Dacia-modellen. De exacte uitvoering is afhankelijk van voertuig, motor, bouwjaar en transmissievariant.\n<\/p>

\nOok toegepast bij Ford\n<\/h2>

\nDe Getrag 6DCT250-transmissiefamilie wordt ook door Ford toegepast, waar deze bekendstaat als PowerShift \/ DPS6. Hoewel de techniek nauw verwant is, bestaan er verschillen in uitvoeringen en voertuigtoepassing. Voor Ford PowerShift\/DPS6 maken we daarom een aparte reparatiepagina.\n<\/p>

\nTCU opsturen of ruilmodule aanvragen\n<\/h2>

\nVoor een reparatie kan de losse TCU naar Dr. Ecu worden opgestuurd. Vermeld de klacht en aanwezige foutcodes. Voor een ruilmodule ontvangen we graag kenteken of VIN en bij voorkeur een duidelijke foto van het label van de originele module.\n<\/p>
