\nMercedes SIM266 ECU reparatie\n<\/h1>

\nA-Klasse W169 \/ B-Klasse W245 - sporadisch of permanent geen communicatie met de motor-ECU<\/b>

Bij de Siemens VDO \/ Continental SIM266 motor-ECU van de Mercedes-Benz A-Klasse W169 en B-Klasse W245 komt een storing voor waarbij de ECU sporadisch niet meer communiceert. De auto kan langere tijd normaal functioneren, waarna de motor-ECU plotseling niet meer bereikbaar is met diagnoseapparatuur. Naarmate het defect erger wordt, kan de uitval vaker optreden of permanent aanwezig blijven.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>

\nVeelvoorkomende klachten\n<\/h2>

\n\u2022\tMotor-ECU sporadisch niet bereikbaar met diagnoseapparatuur
\u2022\tVolledig geen communicatie met de motor-ECU
\u2022\tAuto start soms wel en soms niet
\u2022\tMotor kan niet gestart worden wanneer de ECU niet communiceert
\u2022\tMeerdere CAN-communicatiefouten opgeslagen in andere regeleenheden
\u2022\tStoring verdwijnt soms weer en komt later terug
\u2022\tUiteindelijk kan de ECU permanent uitvallen\n<\/p>

\nFoutcodes die we regelmatig tegenkomen\n<\/h2>

\nWanneer de SIM266 tijdelijk van de CAN-bus verdwijnt, kunnen in andere regeleenheden communicatie- en CAN-foutcodes worden opgeslagen. Voorbeelden uit de praktijk:
6289<\/b> - No CAN message is received from the control module 'Engine Control Module'.
6381<\/b> - No CAN message is received from the control module 'Y3\/9n1 (Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) control module)'.
5425<\/b> -\u00a0The CAN message from 'CP1 (Electronic Ignition Switch (EIS\/EZS) control module)' or 'Engine Control Module' is invalid or implausible.

Deze foutcodes zijn een aanwijzing voor een communicatieprobleem en bewijzen op zichzelf niet dat de SIM266 defect is. Voeding, massa, CAN-bus en de overige betrokken regeleenheden moeten bij de diagnose worden meegenomen.\n<\/p>

\nPraktijkvoorbeeld van CAN-communicatiefouten die bij een wegvallende motor-ECU kunnen worden opgeslagen<\/i>\n<\/p>

\nSIM266 testen \u00e9n repareren\n<\/h2>

\nBij Dr. Ecu kunnen we de SIM266 motor-ECU testen \u00e9n repareren. Dit is vooral belangrijk bij een sporadische storing: op het moment van diagnose kan de ECU namelijk weer normaal communiceren, terwijl het defect later opnieuw optreedt.

Wanneer we het defect in de SIM266 vaststellen, kunnen we de originele ECU repareren. Hierdoor blijven de originele voertuiggegevens behouden en hoeft er normaal gesproken geen andere ECU op de auto te worden ingeleerd.

ECU niet meer te repareren?<\/b>

Mocht reparatie van de originele SIM266 niet meer mogelijk zijn, dan kunnen we afhankelijk van de uitvoering ook een gebruikte vervangende ECU programmeren of klonen. De benodigde voertuig- en startonderbrekergegevens worden dan naar de vervangende ECU overgezet, zodat deze weer bij de auto hoort.\n<\/p>

\nToepassingen\n<\/h2><\/div>

\nDe SIM266 is toegepast in verschillende benzine-uitvoeringen van de Mercedes-Benz A-Klasse W169 en B-Klasse W245. De exacte ECU-uitvoering verschilt per model, motorvariant en bouwjaar. Controleer daarom altijd de nummers op de originele ECU.\n<\/p>

\nECU opsturen voor onderzoek of reparatie\n<\/h2>

\nDe SIM266 kan als losse ECU naar Dr. Ecu worden opgestuurd. Vermeld bij de reparatieaanvraag zo duidelijk mogelijk wat de klacht is en welke foutcodes in het voertuig aanwezig zijn. Bij een sporadische communicatiestoring horen we ook graag wanneer de storing voornamelijk optreedt, bijvoorbeeld koud, warm of volledig willekeurig.\n<\/p>
