\nBMW MSD80 \/ MSD81 motor-ECU defect?<\/b>

De BMW Siemens VDO MSD80 en MSD81 motorregeleenheden kunnen storingen vertonen in de aansturing van bobines en injectoren. Hierdoor kan de motor onregelmatig lopen, op meerdere cilinders uitvallen of niet meer starten. Dr. Ecu onderzoekt en repareert deze motor-ECU\u2019s en biedt daarnaast mogelijkheden voor klonen en een upgrade van MSD80 naar MSD81.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>

\nVeelvoorkomende foutcodes\n<\/h2>

\n30BA - DME<\/b> digital motor electronics, internal failure
30BB - DME <\/b>digital motor electronics, internal failure
29CD \/ 29CE \/ 29CF<\/b> - Misfirings, cylinder 1 \/ 2 \/ 3
29D0 \/ 29D1 \/ 29D2<\/b> - Misfirings, cylinder 4 \/ 5 \/ 6

Deze foutcodes wijzen niet altijd op een defecte ECU. Controle van bobines, bougies, injectoren, bedrading en overige oorzaken blijft noodzakelijk.\n<\/p>

\nReparatie van de originele ECU\n<\/h2>

\nWij controleren de ECU op interne elektronische defecten en herstellen waar mogelijk de originele module. Bij succesvolle reparatie blijft de voertuigspecifieke configuratie behouden en is doorgaans geen nieuwe codering nodig.\n<\/p>

\nMSD80 \/ MSD81 klonen\n<\/h2>

\nIs reparatie niet mogelijk of is een vervangende ECU gewenst? Wij kunnen de benodigde voertuigspecifieke gegevens overzetten naar een geschikte gebruikte ECU. Een correct gekloonde ECU kan vervolgens plug-and-play worden gemonteerd, afhankelijk van de uitvoering en de staat van de oorspronkelijke gegevens.\n<\/p>

\nMSD80 upgraden naar MSD81\n<\/h2>

\nBij geschikte BMW-uitvoeringen kunnen wij de MSD80 vervangen door de doorontwikkelde MSD81. Dit is meer dan een \u00e9\u00e9n-op-\u00e9\u00e9n-kopie: de juiste hardwarevariant, software, codering en immobilizergegevens moeten op elkaar aansluiten. Wij beoordelen vooraf of de upgrade voor het betreffende voertuig mogelijk is.\n<\/p>
